Out Sauce is a B2B paraplanning service. The terms below cover the public site, the relationship between Out Sauce and an engaging practice, and the bright lines around what we do and do not take responsibility for. Per-engagement terms sit in the engagement agreement.

Out Sauce is the trading name for our paraplanning service. ABN 94 678 702 013. Based on the Gold Coast, working Australia-wide with licensed advisers and practices. Successor to Contract Paraplanning Services (CPS).
Paraplanning, drafted to your house style.
Statements of Advice, Records of Advice, research, and ad-hoc paraplanning capacity. We draft to your scope, your file-note conventions, and the evidence your licensee expects to see in the file. See /how-we-work for the process.

Out Sauce does not hold an AFSL. We do not carry licensee responsibility. We do not give financial advice. We do not run client meetings. Advice sits with the licensed adviser and their licensee, every time. Best Interests Duty rests there too.

Client deliverables drafted by Out Sauce on behalf of an engaging adviser, including Statements of Advice, Records of Advice, file notes, calculation worksheets, fund comparisons, and any related document, remain the intellectual property of the engaging adviser and the client. Out Sauce does not retain ownership of the deliverables it drafts.
Templates, frameworks, and internal craft developed by Out Sauce remain ours. House style we bring into a job is ours; house style you bring into a job is yours.
